For every bride, the wedding day is special. But for this particular young Minnesota woman, it was extra special — and a day to say thank you.
Greta Perske was diagnosed with leukemia when she was a teen, and she needed a bone marrow transplant.
One was found on a national registry – – Danny Daniels, from Arkansas.
After a successful bone marrow surgery, Greta has gone on to live a happy, healthy life.
So, when she got married earlier this month, she invited Danny to share the first dance with her. She wanted him to be there “because he was the man who made the wedding possible — by saving her life.
We’re told there wasn’t a dry eye in the room. Yeah…I can understand why!
