It was only a matter of time until two of my passions were united: Pizza, and internet videos of things being crushed by hydraulic presses. I’ve written a number of times about my love of seeing stuff being crushed by hydraulic presses. You can find examples HERE, HERE and HERE.
What I’ve probably written less about is my passion for pizza… Well, I guess you could call it that. I’m pretty sure everyone loves pizza, and I’m no different. In fact, I followed my love into a lucrative career working at a local pizza restaurant, where I still work, and have now for nearly 9 years – when I’m not hanging out on the airwaves that is.
So given both of those interests, I was naturally thrilled when I found out the Hydraulic Press Channel guy decided to make a pizza with his press! Have a look:
Traditionally, pizza is cooked in an oven. But the Hydraulic Press Channel is far from traditional, and as the host says “In Hydraulic Press kitchen, there is no time for oven, so… *flamethrower.*”
And just when I thought I’d have a hard time liking this guy any more.
So if you’re wondering what to do for the kids for dinner, fire up the ol’ hydraulic press and flamethrower and get cookin’! Or, you know, just call one of the many local pizza joints and they’ll probably deliver something far more appetizing than this.
