If only the world had more Alexes.
Just like so many of us, 6 year-old Alex (who lives in New York) was touched by the powerful image and video of young Omran Daqneesh being loaded into an ambulance following a bomb attack in Aleppo (Syria) a few weeks ago. Sitting alone. Dusty and bloodied. Looking bewildered.
Alex was SO moved by those images that he DID something. He wrote a letter to the president of the United States of America.
Why can’t more grown-ups show this kind of concern and compassion?
