Does the girl in that photo look familiar? If not, good for you – you’ve got a life outside the internet. That’s Danielle Bregoli, a girl who has become famous for the words she uttered on the September 14, 2016 episode of Dr. Phil. For months, friends of mine have been saying this in pretty much any situation imaginable, and they’re not alone. It’s ALL over the internet right now.
First, have a look at how it started. I’d recommend watching the whole thing to get a feel for the situation, but if you want to get right to the goods, skip ahead to about the 3 minute mark:
“Cash me ousside, howbow dah?”
Since then, countless memes using that phrase have come out. Here’s a couple examples:

Your eyes gon be black
If you cash me outside

This week, Bregoli made her return to Dr. Phil, this time without an audience (as Dr. Phil thought she would be grandstanding with a studio audience). During the show, she blurted out that she made Dr. Phil famous.
Skip ahead to 0:55 for the goods. Or just watch the whole thing – it’s only an extra minute.
Let’s just take a second here and examine the facts. Bregoli says that Dr. Phil (a person who we’ve all known for years) was nothing before her. Yet, if it weren’t for the medium of Dr. Phil’s internationally-broadcast television show, we would all still be better off for having never heard this girl speak. She’s 13 years old, and was also 13 at the time the first show aired back in September. Using basic math, we can decipher from her age that she would have been born sometime between February 10 and September 14, 2003. Dr. Phil premiered on September 16, 2002. So the timeline certainly doesn’t match up either. She does at least get one thing right, in mentioning Oprah. Of course, Phil McGraw got his start in TV with his popular segments on The Oprah Winfrey Show.
I have to say, while I’m not personally a fan of Dr. Phil or his show, his response to her claiming she made him really cracked me up. “Thank you for that.”

Also this week, we got a bit of a glimpse of what might actually happen if you caught her ousside. Bregoli and her mom Barbara Ann were boarding a Spirit Airlines flight out of LA on Monday when the two got involved in an argument with another passenger and Bregoli hauled off and punched said other passenger.
A couple videos of the incident have since surfaced:
Then, Bregoli posted a video explaining what had happened from her point of view on her instagram. It was deleted after a few hours, but not before someone captured a copy of it and shared it on YouTube:
I mean she talks a tough game, but this makes it quite obvious that she has no idea how life works. Just because someone didn’t agree with you doesn’t mean they’re a “drunk crackhead.” I kinda doubt this woman was doing heroin – if so, she probably wouldn’t be able to afford a flight anywhere, and if she was high on heroin at the time she would more than likely either be passed out or not very responsive. Also – *NEWSFLASH* – I don’t know from experience but I know enough about drugs to know that you don’t snort crack, you smoke it. Petty things to point out, maybe, but it’s hilarious to me how she thinks she’s so hard – such a badass, and really she has no clue about life in general. Hell, I’m more than twice her age and I still have no idea how most things work.
Then again, I get the impression that she the whole internet is laughing with her and is on her side, whereas I know I personally (and I’m sure the vast majority of people) think she’s pretty damn foolish, to put it lightly.
I mean, even her dad (who is a Sheriff’s Deputy, no less) thinks her newfound fame is stupid and that Dr. Phil should be ashamed. And records show that in the last year, police have been called to her home 51 times – including 15 calls over a stretch of 10 days.
I’d say I hope her appearances on Dr. Phil have helped change her for the better, but the fact that she’s now banned from Spirit Airlines for life over that fistfight, something tells me it’ll only get worse from here…
