The whole team at 100.5 Fresh Radio, Darling Insurance, Lighthouse Private Wealth and PJ’s Diner would like to congratulate Olivia Archbold-McNevan for being February’s Kid with Class!
Here is the nomination Olivia received as a student at St John Catholic Elementary School.
Olivia is not only an exceptional student, she is a talented athlete, an avid volunteer, and one of the most caring and selfless persons I know. Olivia is a straight A student, President of her school’s student council. She advocated to get better robotic equipment so that her school can participate in out-of-town robotics competition. She is on every school sport team and has had a lead role in every school play for the last 4 years. She jumps on the chance at being involved in anything extra curricular and that might benefit her school. As president of the student council, she is helping organizing a week long fundraiser for Cancer research. Olivia loves sports as well. She plays soccer for the U13 Peterborough City Rep soccer team, and absolutely loves it. Her favourite player is Christie Sinclair, and although she might be tiny, she makes it up with heart and determination. Olivia volunteers as a crossing guard at her school, and loves to volunteer in the younger classes to help with lunchtime. She sacrifices recesses to stay in and help teachers. Olivia recently enrolled in Cadets, and looks for extra opportunities to volunteer within the community. She hopes to start volunteering at L.A.W.S. this summer as long as she has time between soccer, Cadets and her paper route. Olivia has wanted to be an orthodontist since she was in Grade 1, and has constantly been focused on what she needs to do to achieve this goal. She is one of the most deserving kids I could possibly think of that “has class”.
For being the 100.5 Fresh Radio Kid With Class for February, Olivia receives:
*A $100 R.E.S.P from Lighthouse Private Wealth,
*A $100 Lansdowne Place gift card from Darling Insurance,
*A class lunch courtesy of PJ’S Diner.
Olivia is also entered in the year-end Grand Prize for a $1,000 R.E.S.P from Lighthouse Private Wealth.
