A couple of very lucky young Peterborough sisters are playing baseball with the Blue Jays today!
Megan Chatterton and Brianna Middleton play in the Peterborough Challenger baseball program – – designed for players of any age with social or physical challenges that would prevent them from participating in a structured and competitive community league. (See the video that appeared on CHEX News earlier this week, posted below.)
Megan and Brianna were chosen to participate in today’s Challenger Baseball Jamboree at Rogers Centre in Toronto. As supporters of this baseball program, members of the Blue Jays were on hand too.
Check out these smiles! I love the one with Kevin Pillar in the background. (Apparently, that’s their mom’s BOYFRIEND! Mom Jody Middleton says that Kevin is “even cuter in person”) Say Jody, isn’t that your husband, Jeremy, standing near you??!! LOL!!
