The whole team at 100.5 Fresh Radio, Darling Insurance, Lighthouse Private Wealth and PJ’s Diner would like to congratulate Kaleb Gildon-Cormier, our first KID WITH CLASS for the 2017 / 2018 school year. Kaleb goes to St Catherine Catholic Elementary School in Peterborough and was nominated by his sister Paige.
Here is Paige’s nomination.
Hello My name is Paige and I would like to nominate my brother, Kaleb, to be a kid with class. Kaleb does a lot of things that make him special. Him and I run a lemonade stand every May to raise money for a different charity. This year was his turn to pick where the money we raised went so he picked the fire department. A couple of years ago, when the plane crashed on Lansdowne, he bugged and bugged my mum give him his bank card and to drive him to the store to buy water for the firemen and paramedics because it was really hot out. At school, he as a bus buddy and is a safety partoller. We both play hockey and are goalies. He’s a lot better then I am because hes been playing longer. Sometimes he comes out on the ice at my practices to help me. He will even help me get my pads on right or checks to makes sure they’re done up properly. He always wishes me good luck. This is why I think my brother should be a kid with class. Sincerely, Paige
